Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders are processed manually, for this reason you can expect the confirmation email of your order within 24-48 once your order is placed. If you haven’t received any email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipments within all countries are subject to stock.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. After the worldwide Covid 19 situation delays may happen more often.
Once your order is shipped you will recieve a tracking number from MBE.
CHECK YOUR JUNKMAIL IN CASE YOU HAVEN´T RECIEVED A TRACKING ID. If you can´t find it in your junkmail contact us at email@example.com
Shipping within Bosnia, Montenegro and Macedonia is untracked. If you wish to have more information on your package contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shippings within Macedonia are subject to stock and may suffer occasional delays (15-30 working days). You can expect a call from Kargo Express before delivery. Kargo Express doesn´t provide tracking numbers, they call before delivery.
Fast shipping to Macedonia through DHL will cost an extra 45 Euros. If you wish to have a fast shipping with a tracking number contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you on how you can pay for this service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. CHECK JUNKMAIL IN CASE YOU HAVEN´T RECIEVED YOUR TRACKING YET. If you haven´t recieved the tracking number in your junk mail contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customs, Duties and Taxes
I’m Immortelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for small orders there shouldn’t be any extra custom fees. Always claim with the mail courier company if you get any extra custom charges.
I’m Immortelle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please write firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to help you.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
FOR RETURNS, THE RETURN SHIPPING COST WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE NEAREST POST OFFICE.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
